With an ideal location less than a block from the beautiful Atlantic ocean and just around the corner from famous Flagler Avenue, this is the perfect beach hideaway for a couple, two couples, or a family. The backyard is fenced, so well behaved dogs are welcome. The beach, restaurants, galleries, boutiques, surf shops, ice cream shop, gift shops, and a convenience store are just around the corner.
Treat yourself to a gentle getaway vacation in sunny Florida. New Smyrna Beach is an artsy community and a charming beach town with colorful Victorian style shops along Flagler Avenue. To reach the house, take the north causeway over to Flagler Avenue, turn right onto Cooper Ave, then left on to Columbus to 418 on the left side of the street. More restaurants, galleries, and businesses are a short drive from Casa Coronado to the south. 
The cottage is a newly built, cozy two bedrooms, one bath house, approximately 900 square feet. It sleeps 4. This is not a large house, but it's the beach house equivalent of my husband's Caribbean blue vw convertible beetle: Everyone who sees it says it's so cute and fun! When you get inside, you're surprised at how roomy it is. And it has all you need, in an efficient and very cheerful way. Same goes with this house. Cool tile floors, colorful walls and artwork, comfy wicker seating, queen bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in second bedroom, and even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. Off street parking, washer/dryer, microwave, tv and stereo, kitchenware and linens are all there to make your vacation easy, relaxing. The tropical backyard with a great big private patio will surprise and delight! The yard is fenced and beautifully landscaped complete with a small waterfall and pond.
